About Our Firm
Founded in 1990 by Keith H. Gibson, AIA, Gibson Associates (GA) is a full service design firm successfully providing architectural services to developers, condominium associations, property owners, retailers, corporations and homeowners. GA's services include all phases of architecture and interior design, including, feasibility studies, site analysis, planning and owners' representative services.
A native of central New Jersey, Mr. Gibson is a third generation construction industry professional. He received a Bachelor of Architecture in 1982 from Spring Garden College in Philadelphia. The architectural school uses an interdisciplinary approach with its main focus being on fostering design excellence.
Before establishing GA in 1990, Mr. Gibson worked for a number of architectural design firms in the Philadelphia area. From each firm, he gained experience in a particular specialty: shopping centers and other retailing establishments, banks, healthcare facilities, government buildings and urban planning.

By working closely with the client from the development of the initial design through construction of attractive well-built structures, we ensure this outcome. Throughout this process, we pay strict attention to the client's financial guidelines.
Keith H. Gibson, AIA, has the primary responsibility for each project, thereby giving clients the confidence that comes from knowing that their project is being supervised by the principal. However, it is important to understand that the architect is only one member of a team of professionals brought together to synthesize a design solution. For each project, GA assembles a design team comprised of professionals with proven talent suited to the specific assignment.
GA's goal is to build lasting relationships with our clients. We strongly believe that a close working relationship between architect and client is essential to the success of a project. The architectural profession is filled with competent architects. What sets our firm apart is packaging competence with an attitude of client empathy and client focus.
